The plug ins in the one bedroom wouldn’t hold the plug, the light bulb flickered in the one bathroom, the dining chairs & bar stools were wonky but otherwise the place suited our needs just fine. There were 12 of us. Appreciated the 2 washers & dryers. The pool and location to the beach was great! The communication with host was very good!!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and lots of comfortable seating. Having two washers and dryers was a huge bonus for us and made everything so much easier. The pool was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

The house was in a great location, I borrowed pack n plays for the babies and they had 2 in the house. They had stated you had to bring your own. The floors looked clean so we took off our shoes, then realized our feet were black.

The house was well laid out and spacious. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was so short. We had a terrific stay!

Can't say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely beach home! Was perfect for what we needed, had all the basic amenities. Was literally 100 steps to the beach which was quiet and removed from the crowds. The pool and tiki bar were a hit. Would 100% recommend this home for a group!

Our stay with Sunny Orange Stay was fantastic. The home was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly walkable, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay! — Great place, block away from the beach, and plenty of beds for our group of 11. House is also right down the street from great restaurants! PM was also very helpful with any questions or needs that came up.

The location can’t be beat - one block to the beach. There were beach toys and chairs. The pool area was very private. We walked to the downtown area. It was a great place to stay.

Great place and great time!

We had a fantastic stay at our property. We had a large group of 15 and the space was plenty big enough to accommodate our whole group without feeling crammed. And everybody was able to have their own space to sleep between the bedrooms and the pullout couches. The home itself was fantastic and it had everything as advertised and everything we could have possibly needed. It was in a great location close to the beach and plenty of other things. I would highly recommend this property to any large group looking for a stay in Clearwater!

Great property, close enough to walk to Clearwater restaurants and bars but far enough away to enjoy a less crowded beach. The place fit 10 of us very comfortably and was perfect. Well stocked with towels, the pool felt even bigger in person. Great spot!

Great Family Vacation!: The property is perfect for a large group or family vacation. We loved having our own pool. It's such a short one block walk to the beach which is perfect- not crowded since it's in a residential area. The home was stocked well for a comfortable stay for all and we loved the double washer and dryer set up!

The house itself was perfect for our group and we liked the space overall! We appreciated the timeliness of communication prior to our stay and were thankful to even be able to access the home earlier than expected. We experienced a problem with the hot water and bugs in the home and when we reached out to the management company we unfortunately didn’t hear back. I understand being in Florida and having to deal with large water bugs but this was a concerning amount going into the attic access, and with the addition of what looks like water stains on the ceiling it did not sit well with me. The lack of hot water in one shower left us either short a shower or taking a cold shower which was inconvenient but manageable- the lack of response when addressing these issues was my bigger concern. Thankfully the house was comfortable overall but we would not stay again due to lack of communication during our stay.

Summer Breeze was perfect! — We stayed at Summer Breeze with a group of 16 girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect house! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, awesome back yard and pool which the owner made sure was heated as requested, two minute walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for more! The FVRCO team was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer breeze review — We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It was so close to beach and also had a trolley stop right out the front door. They were also quick to respond to our questions.

Fun family location — It is a great location and place to gather so many family members together. Large home with an amazing backyard & pool!

Overall, excellent stay. Great location and home. Disappointed and unaware of the lack of simple home amenities (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filter ect.). I would recommend packing as if you are camping in reference to home amenities. Some of the trash bins were dirty upon arrival with sand and dirt in the bags already. Outside pool area was great, however, grand amount of mosquitoes, so recommend spray or citronella. The home was extremely close to the beach and felt very safe. It also was in good walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

The location and the home was in the perfect location. We were in walking distance to the beach and other attractions. The pool was amazing and the tiki bar was great for our in house bartending. There were a few things that we found. 1) the shower head in one of the bathrooms was not working properly 2) the shower stall in the other bathroom was extremely small which made it difficult to wash Although those were the only issues that we had. We would definitely comeback and stay at this location again.

Summer Breeze — We were 7 adults and 5 kids, and the space was just right for us. The house is well-laid out, and we appreciated the two living rooms. Pool and patio were fantastic. Beach a very short walk away, and was practically empty during our stay (early August). Management addressed a few minor maintenance items very quickly.

Great house and a great location! — We had 4 families (17 people) stay at Summer Breeze and we absolutely loved it! We had 8 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 10-16. The house had plenty of room and was a prefect distance to the beach. We took the trolly into town and would walk back it was so close (<1 mile). The Rental team was also great. They let us check-in early because nobody was renting the house the day we arrived and the house was ready when we got there. We also paid for a late checkout because our flight didn't leave until later in the afternoon. We did have an issue with the pool where the filter wasn't running and they had a guy there that day to fix it. We also had an issue with the garbage disposal and they had someone there within hours to fix it. Great service! The only downside of our week was that there were no beach chairs and we didn't bring any because couldn't fly with them. We went to Walmart and bought some cheap ones and we were fine. Problem solved! I definitely recommend renting Summer Breeze!

If you’re looking for a large space close to the beach at a value without bells and whistles, this is the place. Large groups or families are great for this house. Lots of mosquitoes outside and not swimmable at night with all the mosquitoes. No lights in the pool and tons of bugs in the pool that only gets cleaned once a week. No net provided to clean it ourselves. Texted an image of a pole with no net to the host and got no response other than it would get cleaned, which it did the next day. But we lost a day of swimming. AC unit in the front of the house is barely hanging on. Kept us cool enough for most days but when you’re seeking that cold AC crisp air after being outside in the sun, it doesn’t cut it. Overall, no new complaints from the previous reviews below. Check in was a couple of minutes late. Very difficult when you’re flying in waiting for a place that already has a late check in time. Didn’t get any access code until after the check in time.

Summer Breeze — Great location close to the beach. Had issues with water pressure on the first day but it was fixed promptly. Propane tank for grill should be included. We started cooking and ran out of gas. Otherwise great stay and would rent again.

Spring Break — We enjoyed our stay and the house was sufficient for the 14 adults we had. We had a couple issues with 2 of the showers, one wouldn't drain good and the handle came off on the other shower. We had two days with shower issues. Repairs were made after a couple attempts when a plumber came to replace parts. We paid for the heated pool which was nice but the temperature wasn't consistent and we had to have someone come out twice to adjust it. It was nice but could be updated. Belloise and repair man were prompt and friendly on getting back to us and addressing the issues. Everything was functional but not to a 5 star. Kitchen could use a griddle to accommodate the 20 allowed guests to make breakfast cooking easier. Location was great for beach access and walking to town to shops and restaurants.

Space to relax and hit the beach: We picked this property because of its proximity to the beach and it certainly delivered on that front! The house was also nicely laid out as far as number of bedrooms and spacing/accommodation. Was glad that we chose to have the heated pool since the weather was a bit cool some days.

Great Family Vacation: Property is ideal for a large group. We enjoyed having such close and easy access to the beach and also the pool.

★★★★ — This place was great for our large get together. My only complaint about the property is an inadequate supply of toiletries/house supplies. For the amount of money that is charged, it would be nice if there was more soap/shampoo, laundry detergent (there are two sets of washer/dryer but no detergent is supplied?). That is my only complaint- otherwise our whole group enjoyed the property.

Family vacation: The location of the house is perfect we really loved being able to get to the beach so easily. It was also awesome to be able to walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condition of the furniture was very disappointing. All of the sofas are worn-out and uncomfortable to sit on. We didn't need to use the sofa sleepers so I cannot speak to their condition. The bunk bed makes all kinds of noise if you move at all making it hard to sleep and easy to wake the other person. We had to call to have the pool heater turned on despite paying to have the pool heated and the garbage disposal doesn't work, we called once and and worked briefly are they worked on it, but it stopped working again.

The house was beautiful and only about a 2-3 minute walk from the beach! There were also so many restaurants and bars within walking distance which was perfect for our bachelorette group. Definitely would recommend!

We had an awesome stay, check in was great and they were super responsive to any question or concern we had. The house was stocked with anything you could have needed on your stay. Pool was also amazing! Slept all of us very comfortably

Great for family vacation: The house and location was amazing! It was 3 generations of my family together totally 11 and we had a blast! The house was easy walking distance to the beach. Made it easy for the family to enjoy throughout the day but being able to go back to the house and cool down. Having the pool was amazing. Kitchen had most things we needed and the two refrigerators were great for storing all beverages and food for our group of 11. There were a few things to mention but minor and I did see these in other reviews which I thought were helpful when I decided to book this house. One of the bathrooms has little to no water pressure. We were able to make due by using the other two bathrooms to shower so was a minor inconvenience as we had to as a group coordinate more if we planned to go out that evening. Two of the bedrooms seemed to not get much if any air conditioning but every room had a ceiling fan to help with the air flow to eventually cool down throughout the night. There was someone who came and cleaned the pool once we were there and someone came to move the trash cans as we were there for trash collections. Had to contact the property manager once and they responded very quickly and were immediately able to help with the issue! Overall our family really enjoyed our vacation and if we get the opportunity to go again we will be looking to rebook this location!

Fantastic house and great location! — We rented the house for my bachelorette party and the entire process was incredibly smooth and our stay was amazing. Right around the corner from public beach access which was basically empty and felt like a private beach. And right down the street from the main strip in Clearwater. Will definitely be coming back to stay!

Great location, nice, updated home. With some cons: We loved the home and the pool area. The location was wonderful as well. The house was clean and very nice for our 20 people. The only issues were: The pool isn’t cleaned daily and turned really green on us Two of the pull out sofas were broken to the point that they were unusable, leaving us to scramble to try and find places for 3 of our youngsters to sleep Many of the outlets around the mother jen do not work The tub in the large bathroom clogs up quickly leaving you standing in dirty water while showering. Even with these negative items, we really enjoyed our stay and if these items are addressed, we would rent again.

Fantastic stay - Clear Water at 770 Mandalay Ave. — THis house accommodated my entire family (for our 50 th Anniversary ), "ALL" of the facility was welcoming and very accommodating. the two refers was the plus with the number of people we had (16 sleepers and 3 transit). The location exceeded our expectations, both to the beach and down town (trolly stoped in front, walking was easy also).Each member of my family (from senior to senior in high school) could not say enough positive thing about the property or it location. Even it's proximity to Tampa was a plus. We also were able to attend my son retirement from the Air Force (28 years, Chief Master Sgt. Mc Dill AFB). It was a Fantastic Holiday for ALL. Also thank to Allison, the initial rental and all of the follow-up was seamless and timely, she was very accommidating and answered all of my question, Thank you so much Allison!!!

Great Stay for Family Reunion: Great house and location. Really enjoyed the pool and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. All the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. House was stocked with everything we could have needed. Plenty of towels, hand towels, beach towels, wash cloths. Lots of pool floats, beach chairs and games at the house to play if it rains. Having two fridges and two washer/dryers was super helpful with our large group. Everyone had a great time.

Summer Breeze: We had an excellent stay and the best thing about the house was the pool area and living area. The bedrooms/bathrooms were okay but saying it sleeps 20 is a little misleading as we had 19 and it was tight. Also we ran out of toilet paper and there were no trash bags which I think are items you should provide. The two refrigerators was a big plus and location to the beach was great. We would stay again with fewer people.

Location was great: Overall it was great... but you can do a few upgrades. I will book with you again. At a different location.

Family Reunion: Home is deceptively large and accommodated 17 members of my family. One block from the beach and half a mile walk to shops/restaurants. Great location!

Great location: We stayed here for a Bachelorette party over the weekend. The pool and backyard area were AWESOME and right around the corner from the beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was spacious - open living area plenty of room for entertaining. Two fridges and anything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of rooms/beds. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer if needed. House was clean but some of the beds and sheets were not clean - one had sand in it and another was visibly not clean even though both beds were made.

Two living rooms, large kitchen and dining area made for the perfect amount of space. Beautiful backyard with a pool and tiki bar! Host was very responsive. Good property but needs TLC: Property and location are great but it needs someone to go through it with an eye for detail. Multiple bulbs were burned out so it was dark in areas. One bedroom door had very loose hinges so the door sagged and stuck. The grill needs to be replaced, only half of the burners worked and it was hard to get high heat. It doesnt need to be fully stocked, but one kitchen garbage bag was not sufficient. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The beds are in need of replacement....we had a large group and everyone complained about the bed quality. Its the little things that would make this a great rental. Location was great, a quick walk to the beach or downtown. The trolley goes right by and stops at the driveway. There are two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers which was great. The pool area has great shade cover so you could enjoy the area during the heat of the day. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great house for family vacation — The house was just as the pictures looks. Close to beach and outside area with pool was awesome for the kids to enjoy. Some added features were pool toys and beach chairs and lots of towels. The double washer and dryer were a necessity with all the swimming. Lots of kitchen supplies (pans, toaster, crock pot, microwave, and two refrigerators).

The perfect girls weekend getaway: We absolutely LOVED staying at this property. It was a mile walk to downtown Clearwater and the pool was absolutely amazing. We did have an issue with the pool being extremely hot since the heater was on, but when we contacted the office they sent someone out to fix it for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!!

Great location. It was easy to check in. We were able to add pool heat, which was helpful in January. The pool got very warm! The house is close to the beach. The bedrooms are on the small side but there are a lot of them. Overall, this place is as advertised. It is a nice house by the beach with a lot of bedrooms. The management was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing time: We had the best time! The property was so great! Had all the towels, and even beach towels! Everyone was friendly and helpful when I called! The beds very extremely comfortable! 2 fridges were great!

Weekend Review — Our stay for my sisters bachelorette was amazing! This house was so spacious, clean, and accommodated our guests perfectly. The communication between myself and staff of the rental was great. I would definitely visit again and recommend this rental to anyone!

Close to beach, big house great for large groups!: This house is big enough for large groups! Has two living spaces which helps provide seperation for adults and kids. Very close to beach, we would walk the 2 blocks to watch the sunsent in the evenings and the views are AMAZING!! Close to shops and resturants, short drive from air port, great location. We stayed at the property during one of the coldest weeks Florida has seen so we weren't able to use the pool the whole time as the heat could not keep up with the cold weather, the company did refund us for the heat we did pay for.

This Air BnB was amazing for our large group attending a local wedding! What a wonderful location, and so many bedrooms. Every room is comfortable. The listing was very accurate and communication and check in were wonderful. We were able to get an early check in with no problem- the team was wonderful! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

Great house for large group (8 adults and 3 children). Located around the block from beach and short walk/drive to shops and restaurants. Had slight issue with pool but Jennifer quickly responded to all my questions/concerns to get them resolved right away, which I greatly appreciated. Just interesting there was not even hand soap! So def stock up on hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels for your stay.

This place is gorgeous. Just a walk away from downtown Clearwater and steps away from the beach. Definitely an excellent place for any group.

Great location!: The house is perfect for a large group looking for lots of space in a great location. Drawbacks: did not provide dish soap, and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Otherwise the whole experience was fantastic.

We had a great time at Summer Breeze. The inside was bigger than we thought and there was plenty of room for our large group. The tiki hut and pool were great for staying at the house and relaxing. It is a very quick walk to get to the beach as well and all of the food and nightlife in Clearwater is a short car ride away.

Great for groups. Plenty of beds, double washer and dryer, and a keypad entry helped things run smoothly. They may not be guaranteed but there was a big basket of beach towels when we got there and plenty of beach chairs which was a pleasant surprise. Super close to the beach.

Great family living with 7 bedrooms on one floor — We absolutely LOVED this house! No trip hazards for our older family members, the furniture was comfortable, and the central area allowed the family to interact with ease. The well-stocked kitchen had every small appliance we needed and we were ecstatic to find the 2nd refrigerator/freezer. There were extra filled propane tanks for the large grill on the patio, and the pool was well kept with lots of privacy and surrounding landscaping to help keep our noise contained. A bonus: The Jolley Trolley stopped right outside our front door on it's half-hour rounds. BTW, the tap water is fine for drinking. :-) Thank you for a delightful place to call home for a week!

It was great! — The house accommodated our group of 13 great. The pool was our savior with the bad weather we had during most of our stay.

Simply Incredible! — This house is simply INCREDIBLE! 3 minute walk to the beach and includes all the amenities you could ask for. The pool adds a great touch and is an ideal hangout spot. Beach chairs, towels, and a cabana all included!
