Everything was clean and well cared for. When I called about a concern, it was taken care of immediately. The location was excellent especially the restaurant on the beach right behind the condo.
We really enjoyed our stay in 204. There were 5 ladies on a girls trip and we had enough room to spread out and enough towels for the entire group. We really enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and the proximity to the beach. The only issue we had with the extra bed linens in the closet was remediated while we were out to dinner so I was happy to see that quick response. Would book here again!
Clearwater Beach is paradise. One of the best beaches in the world: wide, miles long with sand like talcum powder. Many dining and shopping options and close to an aquarium. Coral Resort is on the intercoastal, with a heated pool and many apartment options. Wonderful vacation destination.
Staff/employees were great to work with as they were very accommodating. You can’t beat the location. We had a great week of vacation with sunsets every night only being 1/2 block away from beach.. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of down town but with in walking distance of all of it. The place was clean and organized. Had all the basics . Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was absolutely perfect. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pups along. They had a great time too!The house was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. We especially loved winding down with a movie by the pool after a hot day at the beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home.We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation: The home was recently redone and redone very nicely. This is in a perfect location for our extended family from 72-2 years old. Wonderful memories were made!

This home had everything. Close to the beach, swimming pool, fully stocked with what was needed and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We would stay here again.
Penn Hills Reunion in Clearwater Beach: The home was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our little reunion. The kitchen/pool window/counter pool area was our go-to gathering area during the day, and the living room was reserved for board games at night. We look forward to returning in 2025. Proximity to the beautiful beach was outstanding.
Myself, and two of my work colleagues work for a baseball team, and we came down to Florida for a month for our jobs, to work during spring training. This house was perfect for what we needed. The living space was perfect, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the outdoor space with the pool gave us exactly what we were looking for. This was an ideal house for our long term rental, and can't recommend this airbnb enough. Thanks for a great stay!
The air bnb was steps to the beach and a very short walk to 2 restaurants and right off the main road with lots of shopping and other restaurants. The place was so clean, and the linens were so fresh and clean. Unfortunately my stay was not long enough. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay with family for my 40th bday. The house was perfect with the indoor/outdoor kitchen that opens up to the social pool area. Great location too, lowkey and relaxed while a 5 minute drive from great beachfront establishments. We would stay there again!

From booking until the end of my stay, communication was absolutely amazing. This was a great stay. The beach sand is literally about 100 yards from the room. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels which was very much needed and appreciated. Will stay here again in the future!

The day bed was perfect for our daughter to sleep in, and both bathrooms are well appointed. We really appreciated the beach accessories and towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Great place, we highly recommend.
