A wonderful property in the heart of the best area in IRB. I want to go back already!

Excellent all around location and perfect little room for the family! Highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. Walking distance to every restaurant. Literally 50 yards from the beach! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

Our stay with Sunny Orange Stay was fantastic. The home was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly walkable, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and full of many extras. We had a last minute wedding on the beach just in front of the house!!!

Great place!!!!: Great place with great location! It worked perfect for us! I lived the fact they had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. It was also with in close walking distance to pretty much everything we did. The beach out front was amazing. We even had a dolphin swim right by us and found sooooo many sea shells! Thank you we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for enjoying Clearwater Beach, and everything we needed was provided. Check-in and communication were easy, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay with our family! The walk is so quick to the beach plus coming back and being able to get in a nice cool refreshing private pool in the backyard was really fun after a long hot day at the beach. It was awesome to have two sets of washers and dryers. The neighborhood felt safe. We liked having plenty of room for our family to spread out and the additional Casita was helpful for our married kids with a newborn. We had a great time thank you so much!

We had to couples and our 6 year old with us. The house was just as advertised, clean , neat and very comfortable. We brought our 25’ jet boat and tied up to the dock, made the trip even better. Great location for boating, easy in and out from the house to the intercostal. Pool was perfect to hang out in. We cannot wait to return to this fantastic private home on the water.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. And most definitely the cleanest! With an unbeatable location just steps from the beautiful beach, this impeccable cottage was homey and clean while also providing everything we could need for a beach getaway! We loved the cute, tasteful decor and the chairs/umbrella for sitting out at the beach. The hosts were extremely responsible, communicating clearly and proactively about everything we could possibly need to know. They made it easy to reach them if needed and responded to all our questions promptly. Every single thing about our stay exceeded our already high expectations. We can’t wait to come stay here again!

We had a short stay over Easter Weekend. The place sleeps four comfortably. More than that, it's the couch, but it's a big, brand-new, comfy sectional. The place is extremely well stocked. There is a full kitchen and gas grill outside. The pool was warm, and the water view was wonderful. We saw dolphins, which was a nice surprise. The house is positioned on a cove, so it's perfect for paddleboarding—I brought mine with me. Also, there are fishing poles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. Inside looks newly renovated and all new furniture. You can't go wrong staying here.
